How to assemble lifting trolley Work Positioner WP ONE

Attach the legs

Use included 4 x screw M8x12 and allen key 5 mm. Put the mast on the left side facing down, make sure the leg has cut outs for charger and on-off button.

Tighten two off the screws.

Turn the mast 180 degrees and attach the other leg with the remaining 2 screws.

Attach the handle

For best ergonomics move the WP one to the ground.

Use included finger screw M6x10. Put the handle alongside the connectors, attach the handle with two of the lower finger screws, do not tighten.

Attach the connector and then the two upper finger screws.

The handle is adjustable 60 mm, adjust to suitable height and tighten all four screws.

Attach the platform

Use included 4 x screws M6x16 and allen key 4 mm. Make sure the WP ONE is powered on.

Position the sledge to suitable ergonomic height for attaching the platform.

The sledge has 6 fixings, the platform needs to be fixed to four of these fixings. Depending on requirements of lowest height select what is most suitable four your application.

Attach the platform and tighten the 4 screws and you are done.
