From customisation to standard product
What started as a customised solution has evolved into a product that not only meets individual needs but also benefits a broader customer group. Hans Vikstrom, Head of Design at EdmoLift talks about how the EZL 1000B came about by understanding and responding to the needs of the market:
- We have seen an increased demand for pallet trucks, and last year we received a request with dimensions 1,300x800, adapted for EUR pallets. In the past, we have produced similar solutions with a wheel chassis that worked, but they were not specifically designed for pallet handling. When one of our designers, Joakim Edberg, designed the solution, he drew inspiration from our existing EZ programme, and the idea of expanding the programme to help our customers on their way to better material handling was born.
Function and advantage
One of the most prominent features of the EZ programme is its robust and easy-to-handle lifting trolleys. The new EZL 1000B is equipped with scissors from one of EdmoLift’s best sellers, TL 1000, which gives the lifting trolley stable and safe lifting capacity with loads of up to 1,000 kg. With elements from the EZ programme, including the handle, this lifting trolley combines robustness with style, making it the perfect choice for pallet handling in terms of both function and design.
Versatile use and flexibility
EdmoLift’s lifting trolleys are known for their versatility and flexibility and are used for lifting, assembly and transport in various working environments.
