Founded 100 years ago, Mjälloms Tunnbröd is Sweden's oldest flatbread bakery. Today, they have twenty employees and produce over 400 tons of flatbread every year – which means handling large quantities of dough.

WANTED TO FACILITATE MOVEMENT IN AN ERGONOMIC WAY

The production of flatbread involves several steps, but during the dough preparation stage, they identified a need to eliminate a physically demanding part of the process. Production Manager Johan Björn explains that each batch of dough can weigh between 200-350 kilograms, and the pot in which it is prepared weighs 200 kilograms.
