Work Positioners in stainless steel

The stainless steel WP series lift trolleys are particularly suitable for demanding environments such as the pharmaceutical, food, chemical or kitchen industries. All models meet protection class IP65, which makes them easy to clean and they meet the food industry's strict hygiene requirements.

A wide range of tools is available to handle most types of loads. Examples of tools include platforms, booms, forks, lifting arms, and tools that can grip, tilt and rotate different objects.

Handling heavy loads with a lifting movement that uses as little muscle power as possible minimises the risk of occupational injuries caused by repeated lifting, moving and handling of heavy objects. All stainless steel Work Positioners are equipped with AGM batteries, are easy to manoeuvre and have a powerful and fast motor with a lifting time of 120 mm per second.

A stainless steel Work Positioner is the perfect choice when handling boxes, crates, sacks, bins, drums or other types of loads in environments where high hygiene standards are required.

Handle and control unit

The lift trolleys have an ergonomic handle with different grip surfaces to ensure a natural position when manoeuvring the lift. The removable control unit, located between the handle, has an integrated emergency stop and a non-slip grip. Integrated into the control unit is a 6-step battery indicator to accurately indicate the battery status. The control unit is easy to reach to avoid uncomfortable working positions. The WP 55 SS lift trolleys have a simpler control unit with a battery indicator integrated above the handle.
 

Brakes

Models WP 55, WP 65, WP 85 and WP 285 are equipped with single brakes directly on the wheels. WP 125 and WP 205 are fitted with a central brake with a directional lock to facilitate the movement of the load in a straight line. The central brake is an option for all models.
 

Safety

The lift trolleys are driven by a reinforced toothed belt for high operational safety, and all moving parts are shielded; for safer handling, all models have a soft start and stop. To protect the operator and the load, the lift trolleys have an overload protection function that stops the lift movement if the lift trolley is overloaded. To prevent crushing accidents, the lift trolleys have an anti-crushing system that stops the lift movement when lowering if it senses that something is being crushed.
