          EdmoLift presents the market’s first ever standardized hydraulic lift table developed to run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The HD-series lift tables meet the severe requirements of the toughest category of the lift table standard EN 1570-1, category 5. That means that the lift table needs to perform a minimum of 512,000 lift cycles while carrying the rated load. That is four and sixteen times as many lift cycles as conventional lift tables that are produced in category 1 and category 3 respectively.

          The HD-series makes bespoke lifting solutions for the heavy industry easily accessible through standardized category 5 lift table models. The powerful lube for life bearings creates the conditions for uninterrupted maintenance-free operations. The exclusive design with the robust scissor provides extreme stability in all directions.

          In its standard form the lift table's are robustly designed with flat steel dual scissors, external power packs and an impressive closed height while still being able to lift up to 2 tons. The lift table’s modularized construction makes it easy to adjust its size for a bespoke, unique solution.

          With a proven life span of over half a million lift cycles while carrying the rated load, the lift tables in the HD-series are developed to tirelessly operate day and night.

          Turntable circular

          The circular turntable is a great accessory to add to your EdmoLift lift table as it makes the handling of an object much easier and ergonomic. With the circular turntable, the operator rarely has to move as it is possible to rotate an object 360 degrees. However, the turntable has four positional locks (holes) that makes it possible to fixate the turntable in four different positions. The circular turntable is either recessed or integrated in the lift table top. The circular turntable can also be delivered as recessed into a secondary table top, which is fitted and leveled to the main scissor lift platform.

          Rail running chassis

          Level differences in a track bound transportation system can be simply eliminated by utilising a flange wheel base frame. This equipment can be supplied with or without powered drive unit. The easiest way to cope with a difference in level in a track bound transportation system is to equip a lifting table with flanged wheels. The base can be an unpowered bogie or can be fitted with a drive unit for self-propulsion.
