The V-cradle is rotatable and can easily be removed. When the V-cradle is attached the tool can handle reels up to ∅600 mm. Load capacity up to 60 kg

The bracket for WP 70 SS has another design.

The Reel handler is used for handling reels with 3” (76 mm) core, commonly stretch film to be loaded into machines. The reel can be picked up directly from the floor or a pallet and then be rotated 90°. The tool is equipped with a security clutch preventing the reel from being dropped accidently. Depending on Work Positioner the tool handles weights up to 100 kg, adjustable sideways +- 15°.

Fully electric reel handler for handling reels with 3” (76 mm) core, commonly stretch film to be loaded into machines. The reel can be picked up directly from the floor or a pallet and then be rotated 90°. All expansion and release commands requires two buttons to be pressed at once as a safety precaution. Depending on Work Positioner the tool handles weights up to 200 kg.
 

Used in combination with reel handlers. Available in two sizes, for reels with 6” (152 mm) core and for reels with 10” (254 mm) core. The mandrel enlarger is designed for quick mounting and un-mounting.

Lifts odd size drums, buckets and cans, min Ø200 mm, max Ø400 mm. Can also handle square items depending on the specific object. Automatic retracting lashing strap which is tightened by pulling the handle by the lashing strap. Rotation 360° with adjustable interval of 30° or 90°. Lift capacity 50 kg.

Designed for standard size 15, 20 and 25 liter canisters. The canister is attached to the carrying handle with a hook. Lifts and rotates the canister to empty its content. Rotation 360° with adjustable interval of 30° or 90°. Lift capacity 40 kg.

The two sledges are steplessly adjustable to fit the width of the object that needs t be handled. Reel mandrels, lifting forks and crane arms are mounted on the base unit, not included in the price. Max. width 588 mm, min. width 210 mm. Lift capacity 100 kg.

Makes fixed tools rotatable. Rotation 360° with adjustable interval of 30° or 90°. Desired tool is mounted on the turning unit, not included in the price. Lift capacity 60 kg.

The handle is adjustable in height for best ergonomics.

Control unit with spiral cable gives better access and control for the operator when there is need of operate the Work Positioner from the side or in front of the load. Dual speed 125 and 60 mm/second.

Full electric drum turners for handling drums and other object to be lifted and rotated. Available in models for tipping or turning and with different grippers. All grip and release commands requires two buttons to be pressed at once as a safety precaution. Handles weights up to 150 kg.

Exchangeable battery is used where there’s no time waiting for the Work Positioner to be charged. The batteries can be changed quickly, includes a wall mounted charger station and two batteries.

Used for quick height indication, the arrow is fitted on the sledge and the stickers on the mast.
