Pallet Leveller PL 2000 – automatic work level adjustment!

The PL 2000 is a highly reliable automatic load leveller that provides a practical approach to faster, easier and safer loading or unloading of pallets. The Pallet Leveller is adjustable by regulating the pneumatic charge. Once set the Pallet Leveller automatically maintains the top of the load to the proper and most ideal elevation to eliminate the repetitive motion of bending, reaching and twisting; the major cause of lower back disorders.

The Pallet Leveller is best for those applications where the loads vary widely and often.

How it works

• One model - up to 2000 kg
  Pneumatic actuator can be adjusted to accommodate the full range of loads to 2000 kg.
• Easy, finger adjustment
  As load conditions change greatly at a workstation the pneumatic actuator can be quickly adjusted - no tools required.
• Automatic height adjustment
  As the load is built up (or broken down) the top layer is maintained in the 750 to 1000 mm recommended ideal work height envelope.
• No installation required
  Since the Pallet Leveller does not need to be bolted to the floor, work station arrangements can be flexible.
• Near-side loading
  Pallet rotator ring for easy movement and increased stability

• Phenolic frame protector 
  Heavy gauge full diameter sheet under rotator ring helps prevent damaged pallets from jamming.
