Single scissor lift table

Our largest product group is made up of simple, yet powerful and versatile lift tables. These single scissor models can be found in a host of different operations, all equally adaptable, stable and ergonomic in design. The lift table is often used as a means for material handling directly on the production floor or as a lorry loader outdoors at a loading dock. With a variety of performances and models, not to mention a load capacity of between 500 kilos and 10 tons, there is a lift table for every need. It is not just industry that is a major user - we also deliver to distribution centres, warehouses, stores and other service establishments. All models in the single scissor product group that start with T (T models) can be customized to the end-users specific requirements. The lift table can be supplied in a variety of different colours, with a host of different accessories or control alternatives all designed to suit the individual requirements of the customer. A number of models can be of the heavy-duty variety suitable for use in intensive operations. Functionality of the product can be increased with the help of a number of accessories. Examples of such accessories within the product group are: mobile base, load flaps, guard rails, roller conveyors and turntables.

Double scissor lift table, vertical double and triple

By equipping a lift table with a number of scissor arms assembled vertically on top of each other, the user gets access to a higher height range compared to what is possible with single scissors. EdmoLift's vertical double and triple scissor lifts can be used as working platforms, pallet stackers, work tables, lifts and lifts for disabled persons, to name a few applications. Compared to a traditional lift solution, EdmoLift's vertical double and triple scissor lifts provide a rational and cost effective solution. With a variety of designs and models, load capacity of between 200 kilo and 5 metric tons and a lift range from 1170 mm to 5900mm, we over a very large selection. The lift tables are available in different colours, with a range of different accessories or control units - all tailored to the needs and requirements of the customer. Most models are even available in heavy duty versions if intensive operation is planned for them. Greater functionality can be achieved with the help of various accessories. A few examples of accessories for this product group are various chassis frames, guard rails, gates, loading flaps, limit switches, as well as different types of control unit.

Scissor lift table, horizontal double

To handle goods that are both heavy and long you require a lift table with special properties. With EdmoLift's horizontal double scissor you have the solution at hand. The lift platform is equipped with a combination of two pairs of EdmoLift scissors to obtain the desired lift range and length of the lift table. Lift manoeuvres of the two pairs of scissors are mechanically controlled to achieve a parallel lift operation. EdmoLift's horizontal double scissor makes it possible to handle bulky goods in a safe and effective way. With a variety of performances and models we offer a very wide range. The load capacity is between two and ten metric tons, the lift range varies between 820 mm and 2000 mm and the size of the lift table can be as large as 6200 x 1500 mm. The lift table can be supplied in a variety of different colours designed specifically to suit the wishes of the customer, with a host of accessories and control alternatives. A number of models are available in a more hardwearing format especially suited to intensive operations. Functionality of the product can be increased by way of various accessories such as a mechanical stop and a foot control.

Armlift - lift and tilt

Armlift's unique patented function offers an ergonomic work place with ample foot space, comfortable working positions and unrivalled accessibility. Armlift is the perfect choice for almost all work places that handle goods and components on pallets, in baskets or containers. Loads are lifted with parallel arms that can also tilt the load in a single mechanism making Armlift an economical alternative to conventional tables which require separate lift and tilt mechanisms. Because the Armlift tilts down it is especially suited for use with high pallets, oversized baskets and containers. The ALT U, UE and GB models have a U shaped lift table with a lowest point of just 8 mm which means they can lift pallets, containers and trolleys direct from the floor. With a variety of applications and models as well as a load capacity of between 750-3000 kilos, we can offer a large and flexible range. The lift table is manufactured with ready to-use holes for the assembly of slide protection. The size of the lift table can be customized to suit the individual needs of the customer. Improves productivity and reduces work injuries by eliminating work situations where you are forced to stretch, bend and twist. Stretching for components on a pallet or in a container is time-consuming and creates the risk of back injuries among operatives. Armlift loaded with pallets and containers filed with parts, make life easier and safer while increasing productivity. Loaded pallets on the Armlift are lifted to the desired working height and tilted to the required working angle. As the level of the pallet changes the height and working angel can be adjusted to maintain a constant comfortable working position

Low profile lift table

EdmoLift's low profile lift table has a low closed height of only 80 mm, meaning that no pit is required. This increases its flexibility with regard to its field of applications and reduces installation costs. To achieve such an extremely low build height, it has previously been claimed that low profile lift tables have amounted to being a compromise between function and design. This compromise is now a thing of the past. EdmoLift produces a low profile lift table with the functionality level equivalent to that of a conventional lift table. EdmoLift has solved a previous market requirement thanks to a new approach in design and construction. This has been made possible by manufacturing in a high-tech production facility built up on laser technology. With a variety of designs and models, load capacity of between 600 kilo and 2 metric tons and a lift range from 630 mm to 970 mm, we can offer a very large selection. Models with U or E-shaped platforms are suitable for pallet handling with a hand pallet truck. Low profile lifts with solid lift tables can be adapted with an access ramp when a hand pallet truck or other wheeled equipment is to be rolled on. These lift tables are available in different colours, with a range of different accessories or control units - all tailored to the needs and requirements of the customer. Some examples of accessories in this product group are: Transport and lifting clamp, foot control unit, 1 phase power pack unit and limit switch. With EdmoLift's low profile lift table, the operator always has the load at the correct working height, thereby helping to achieve a more ergonomically designed work place.

Lorry Loaders with reinforced platforms

EdmoLift's Lorry Loader is developed to be used on loading platforms for the loading and unloading of vehicles. The Lorry Loader evens out the difference in level between the vehicle and the permanent loading platform. The Lorry Loader is designed and equipped to handle the great stresses that result when lorries and other vehicles pass over it. The standard model of Lorry Loader is equipped with: 8 mm tear plate platform, Mechanical stops in the base frame Reinforcement in the lift table which allows for a wheel pressure of 2 metric tons driving over it while in the closed position. Reinforcement that can withstand up to 6 metric tons of wheel pressure is available. Included as standard. The lift tables are available in different colours, with a range of different accessories or control units - all tailored to the needs and requirements of the customer. Even more functionality can be achieved with the addition of various accessories. A few examples of these are the remote hydraulic unit, upper limit position, loading flap, self-supporting base frame, rollback stop, inspection cover, guard rails and gates.

EdmoLift tilting program

EdmoLift offer a new and comprehensive tilt program with a range of tilt combinations. Assembly of the tilt unit can be mounted on the lift table platform or directly on the floor. For installation on the platform the hydraulics are the same for the tilting device and table. Tilting devices installed directly on the floor have a base frame and integral power pack. The tilt function is used to incline the lift table and make the goods more accessible in more ergonomically designed work places. Examples of work places are control functions for loading and offloading of goods as well as production work places. The load carrier can be a pallet, crate or container. The tilt can be customised to suit individual needs and wishes of the customer.

Lift trolleys

EdmoLift's TZ-series is a series of stable Swedish manufactured trolleys and work tables. The trolleys are easily manoeuvrable and have a variety of different uses. TZ models can even be customised to suit the individual needs of the customers. The platform and chassis are zinc-plated giving a stylish and extremely hardwearing finish. These lift trolleys are used wherever there is a need for lifting, assembly, transportation or where an adjustable working height is required. With a variety of different models, with single and double scissors, a lift capacity from 200 kilos to one metric ton and a lift range from 920 mm to 1620 mm, we can offer a wide range of lift trolleys. The trolleys are available with a foot pump or battery-driven, with an integrated battery and charger. Large, easily manoeuvred wheels with double brakes on the swivelling wheels make the trolley safe and easy to manoeuvre.

Pallet Lifters

EdmoLift's Pallet Lift handles materials to working heights of up to 1100 mm. The pallet lift has clear leg and foot space on three sides which gives superior access and makes working simpler and more efficient. With our accessory, transport trolley, the pallet lifter is made mobile. This offers two very practical advantages. Firstly, it can be easily moved out of the way for tidying-up and cleaning purposes. Secondly, it can serve more than one working area, which makes the investment even more worthwhile and cost effective. A pallet or container can be placed directly onto the pallet lifter with a hand pallet truck or forklift truck. TSL models have a minimum height of 70 mm and the TSE model just 10 mm. The pallet lifter type TSLN has a variable speed tilting function and can be tilted 40° to the left or the right. This makes the operators job easier as an ergonomic window is created, taking away the need for the operator to bend around and stretch to see past obstructions, as well as providing an excellent general view of the load. TSL and TSLN are equipped with a T-shaped base frame for optimal working ergonomics. With nothing in the way of the operator's feet on three sides, it enables him/her to get nearer to the material during loading and unloading. With a variety of designs and models, load capacity of between 1000 kilos and 1500 kilos and possibilities for unique tailor made solutions for our customers, we can offer a very large selection with greater flexibility leading to an optimal solution.

Heavy loads – easy maneuvered with a WP

Operates with loads of up to 205Kg. Weight distribution is spread evenly over all four swiveling wheels and with the unit’s short wheelbase and light self-weight the WP is the safest and most maneuverable lifter on the market! The C-range – outstanding value for money

EdmoLift's C series has been developed to provide unrivalled value for money! Many of the essential components, including the hydraulics, are identical to those found in our T series. These products have a powder coat finish to guarantee a quality, hardwearing surface. With a variety of applications and models, lift capacity from 200 kilo to two metric tons and a lift range from 600 mm to 1170 mm, we can offer a wide range of lifts in the C series. Models in the C series can only be manufactured as standard and cannot be customised or adapted to perform special operations. The functionality of the product can, however, be increased with accessories such as a forklift frame or mobile base frame. The hydraulic power pack can be provided in 1- or 3 phase execution. EdmoLift's C series is not designed to be used for continuous operations on the production line or such like.
